Movement classes
In this class we focus on moving the body, with the aim of activating the vibrations in our body. Movements with vibrations of the body helps building strength and balance, which support the process and capability of letting go.
The purpose is to activate a bodily awareness, to strengthen what might be too loose or fragile, and soften what might be too rigid or inflexible. The awareness is activated by physical exercises that stimulates vibration in your body, in combination with inner self inquiry and breathing techniques.
The energy of our body is always in vibration. A vibration which we hardly ever notice or even try to avoid. Although at first it may feel strange, perhaps too lively or a little out of control, we will begin familiarizing with it and through various poses and exercises activate, enhance, and amplify the vibration.
In performing the different poses and exercises, we move to the boundary points, the areas of tension and resistance. Stay with them and feel them. We often tend to either avoid areas of tension and resistance or struggle with them. In these classes we aim to stay with what is without judgement and inquire gently into it, through an inner inquiry. Once identified, we can slowly open to a softening of what might be too rigid and inflexible and to a strengthening of what might be too loose and fragile and let the vibration come through.

All levels welcome. Exercises will be adjusted to your needs and capability. The form is secondary and the process primary, to bring awareness of what resonates. We welcome what is there, in our body, mind and heart, and work from there. Experiencing the feeling of strength that arise when we stay with what is.
