As such our breathing takes care of itself but it can also be disturbed and affected by the lives we live. For various reasons, we may have become accustomed to breathing, for example, too fast or too superficially. Which has the inappropriate effect that our physical and mental well-being deteriorates further.
But the breath you can train and strengthen, and thereby support yourself to achieve, among other:
- better sleep
- relaxation of tension in the body
- calm body and mind
- feel invigorated
All factors that increase well-being, and thereby provides you with more energy to take care of whatever else there may be of challenges in your life, physical as well as mental.
In the weekly sessions you will get
